PURPOSE:To realize the room heating of keeping the head cool and the feet warm type, by forming a hot space by building a heat insulating frame in the above part of a radiating panel through which hot water is circulated. CONSTITUTION:A space 13 is formed by building a heat insulating frame 12 in the above part of a heat radiating panel 6 through which hot water is circulating. For example, the heat in the space 13 gats to about 40 deg.C, as the heat is accumulated therein by a heat insulating frame 12. On the other hand, the room temperature outside the space 13 gets to about 30 deg.C, as the heat is continuously radiated to a room from the panel laid under the floor through a carpet 10. With such an arrangement, the difference in temperature produced between the inside and the outside of a space 13 is about 10 deg.C, while the temperature in the space from the position 10-20cm from the floor to the ceiling is kept nearly constant at about 16-17 deg.C. Accordingly, a user can obtain heating of keeping the head cool and the feet warm type, when the user sits on the floor with his feet putting in the space 13. |
