PURPOSE:To smoothly excavate hard ground by a method in which an excavation blade is provided to the lower end of an excavation shaft, and the rock-drill bit of a drill attached to the excavation shaft is provided on the lower end of the excavation shaft. CONSTITUTION:An excavation shaft 1 with an excavating blade 2, having a screw 5 and a stirring blade 6, and a stirring shaft 7 with a stirring and mixing blade 8 are driven by a rotary device A through a multi-axial device 9. A rock- drill 3 connected to an air supplyer 10 and projectionally provided with a rock- drill bit 4 is set on the lower part of the inside of the shaft 1. A piston 14 is set in a vertically movable manner in the cylinder 12 attached with the bit 4 in a vertically movable manner. The first and second air inlets 17 and 18 leading through an air switching valve 15 to the pipe 10 are led to the upper inside of the cylinders 12 and the lower chamber of the slide portion 23 of the piston 14, and the bit 4 is made movable through the piston 4. The ordinary ground can thus be excavated by the blade 2, and the hard ground is excavated by the bit 4 and the balde 2. |
