PURPOSE:To provide a solar heat absorbing plate that is economical, easy to be processed, and excellent in heat absorbing characteristics by coating an alminum- silicon layer on a steel plate, and further applying a layer of black electrolytic chromate treatment on the top of the aluminum plate layer. CONSTITUTION:A plate layer of molten aluminum containing 3-15% of silicon and unavoidable impurities, and further on the top of the such molten aluminum plate layer, a layer of black electrolytic chromate treatment is applied. By this constitution, as the absorbing coefficient is improved and the thermal conductivity is enhanced, the heat absorbing characteristics can be improved. Further, as the paint adhesion is improved, it can be made economically and allows an easy processing. |
