The cutter is used to mill the edges of plastic coated panels and comprises a star-shaped disc fixed to a driving spindle. Teeth are mounted on the arms of the disc, their cutting edges parallel to the rotational axis. A second similar disc is positioned above the first, its arms projecting at a downward angle inside the spaces between the arms of the first disc. The cutting teeth edges form a flattened vee profile. The complete cutters are used in pairs, their rotational axes at opposite angles to the panel surface.
