PURPOSE:To prevent air accumulation reliably by making adhesion of a decorative sheet to the whole circumference of a base material possible, by a method wherein the titled device is constituted of a boxlike support member, viscous heating device, lid member, vacuum suction device and pressurizing device, through which the decorative sheet is stuck. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is constituted of a boxlike support member 1 whose top is opened, a viscous material 2 which fills inside the support member 1, a viscous material heating device 3 which is decorated on the lower side of the boxlike support member 1 internally and heats the viscous material 2, a lid member 9 forming an airtight chamber 10 on the top of the viscous material 2, vacuum suction devices 11-14 sucking air in the airtight chamber 10 and pressurizing devices 15-19 pressurizing the viscous material 2 to the central side, a decorative sheet 2b is heated and softened by the viscous material 2 as a heating and pressurizing medium, air in the vicinity of a decorative sheet 26 is removed by the vacuum suction devices 11-14, uniform pressure loading from the viscous material 2 is applied to the decorative sheet 26, extending over the whole circumference of the decorative sheet 26 by the pressurizing devices 15-19, and the decorative sheet 26 is stuck uniformly to the external circumference of the base material. |
