CONSTITUTION:In a servo-feeder for an equipment for processing by an electrical current, a detector X is composed of Zener diodes 4f, 4g, and a stopper Y is composed of photocouplers 4h, 4i and a NAND gate 4j. At the same time as the breakdown of the diodes l4f, 4g, electrical currents flow through the light emission diodes of the photocouplers 4h, 4i connected in series with the diodes, so that the transistor of one of the photocouplers takes an L-level. When the L- level is applied to one of the two input terminals of the gate 4j, an abnormality signal g is sent out to stop the servo-feeder to prevent an accident. |
