<p>The sawtooth waveform generator is used to feed the deflection coil in a CRT. The generating circuit consists of semiconductor element (13) which is parallel to the deflection coil (13) network. There is a second controlled switching element (16) which is triggered by periodic pulses. The sawtooth waveform generator incorporates a series resonance circuit (33, 34, 43, 45) which is connected in parallel to the second switching element (16). The second switching element and the series resonance circuit are connected to the deflection coil and to the first semiconductor element via a third semiconductor element (15).</p> |
