PURPOSE:To permit efficient water-seal and air-seal even in phase adjusting operation by installing a water supply pipe under another water supply pipe installed onto a main-shaft setting seat and supplying water from the lower water supply pipe in phase adjusting operation. CONSTITUTION:A water supply pipe 17 is arranged under another water supply pipe 10 installed onto a main-shaft setting seat 9, and water is supplied form the lower water supply pipe 17 during phase adjusting operation. Therefore, even in phase adjusting operation, a sufficient amount of water can be supplied to the main-shaft setting seat 9 without increasing the water supply pressure. Thus, efficient water-seal and air-seal are permitted. |
