PURPOSE:To enable to replace a form sheet easily and safely from the outside of a machine, by providing a tensioning device for imparting a predetermined tension to a form cylinder when fitting a form sheet and a releasing mechanism capable of being remote-operated. CONSTITUTION:When supply of air to air cylinders 27, 28 is stopped, pawls 35 are turned with shafts 35a as centers by springs 37, and front and rear fitting jigs 21, 22 for clamping the form sheet 5 engaged with the tips of the pawls 35 are energized toward each other, thereby imparting a tension to the sheet 5 wound around the form cylinder 24. When air is supplied to the air cylinders 27, 28 to operate piston rods 31, 32 in the contracting direction, the pawls 35 are turned away from each other against the springs 27, the tension on the sheet 5 is released, and the jigs 21, 22 can be easily disengaged from the pawls 35. Accordingly, productivity can be enhanced. |
