PURPOSE:To enable adjusting ON times in response to the electric discharge condition by means of providing a discriminating circuit to detect and discriminate the electric discharge condition of the processing void on a timing circuit to set ON and OFF times for the pulse power source. CONSTITUTION:Clock pulses which have been generated in an oscillating circuit 1 are for example first fed to an OFF timing circuit 2, and when the number of counts attains to the determined number, ON signals are given as output, and flip flop 19 is reversed to the ON side. And when a switch element 21 is turned ON, clock pulses are counted up to as many as the determined number by means of an ON timing circuit 9, which control the ON times. Hereat, the condition of a processing void 23 is detected by means of a detecting control circuit 24, and when the void 23 is too large to start electric dischage, counters 10, 11 are cleared, so that an ON timing circuit 9 does not perform counts. |
