PURPOSE:To improve the S/N in a radio reception mode by making use of a noise reduction system applied to a tape recorder. CONSTITUTION:The noise detection signal obtained in an FM/AM reception mode is turned into the resistance control signal of a noise reduction system. At the same time, the wave detection output is supplied to the noise reduction system. Then the reproduction signal is supplied to the noise reduction system in a reduction mode of a tape recorder. Thus the S/N is improved in a radio reception mode by making use of the standard noise reduction system. In addition, the circuit constitution is extremely simplified by sharing the standard noise reduction system. Then, the circuit can be converted easily into a semiconductor integrated circuit including a radio reception part and the noise reduction system. |
