PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent foamed molding product with the less fluctuation of specific gravity, while enabling no crack filling to be achieved by filling a pair of foaming molds with foamable thermoplastic resin particles at a certain time interval from two or more raw material filling devices. CONSTITUTION:First, filling devices 25a, 25c are opened, and air is supplied into molds by opening a feeding air valve 29. Then, a hopper shutter 46 is opened and about 80-90% of the molds is filled with the resin particles of raw material by feeding air. Thereafter, the filling devices 25a, 25c are closed, operating the electromagnetic valve 35 for opening and closing the filling devices, and further the feeding air valve 29 is closed. Next, filling devices 25b, 25d are opened, and the residual 10-20% of the molds is filled with the raw material by the air fed through a feeding air valve 28. Then, after the filling devices 25b, 25d have been closed, the feeding air valve 28 is closed, and a hopper shutter 46 is also closed. Thus, no crack filling is enabled to be achieved. |
