PURPOSE:To measure a prism accurately with clarification of direction of reflection by which an image is developed, by installing a filter changing tones in a parallel direction of rectangular prism between collimeter optical system and prism array position. CONSTITUTION:A ray of light flashed from a lamp 1 enters into rectangular prisms 6a-6d of a prism array 6 after passing through cross wires 2, beam splitters 6a-6d, collimeter lens 4, and filter 15 and reaches a screen 5 passing through a path along the opposite direction. The thickness of the filter 15 changes steplessly in the longitudinal direction of the prism array 6, consequently, by the difference of densities of a screen image 5, it can be judged which reflection plane has caused development of the image. Therefore, plane angle A, perpendicularities of B, C and deviations of planes from their specified positions can accurately be measured. |
