PURPOSE:To enhance curl stability and to prevent image bleeding and offset by using a 2-component type diazo photosensitive material contg. a specified compd. and dioctyl adipate and/or dimethyl phthalate for a plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive layer composed essentially of a diazo compd. a coupling component, a cellulosic resin, and a plasticizer is formed on a transparent or semitransparent plastic film support to obtain a 2-component type diazo photosensitive material. A compd. used for said coupling component is represented by formula I in which (n), (m) are each 1 or 2; X is S, SO2, ORO, R, O, NHCONH, NHCSNH, or sigle bond; R is C1-4 alkylene; each of Y, Z is H, halogen, C1-4 alkyl. As said plasticizer, dioctyl adipate and/or dimethyl phthalate is used. The use of a combination of such a plasticizer and a coupling component represented by formula II or III can improve curl stability and prevent image bleeding and offset. |
