PURPOSE:To attain to enhance foreseeing accuracy, by judging dangerousness generating the collapse of sloped surface when the integration of a total amount of rain-fall and rain-fall intensity exceeds a limit value defined corresponding to the topography of a relating estate. CONSTITUTION:The pulse from a rain gauge 1 is amplified by an input circuit 2 and the counting of a total amount of rain-fall Rp and rain-fall intensity rp in the relating estate is performed by a counter 3. When a rainfall is stopped, the counted Rp is inputted to the memory apparatus in CPU4 and preliminarily stored as the past amount of rain-fall Ri. The data of the limit value C' set by an alarm setting device 6 is inputted to CPU4 and, in CPU4, rp[Rp+Ri/(1+ 4.61ne)] is operated from the data of the rain gauge 1. At the point of time when this value exceeds tha limit value C', an alarm issueing signal showing that the collapse of the sloped surface in the relating estate shall be generated is sent to an alarm output circuit 7 from CPU4. Subsequently, an alarm display device 8 and an alarm 9 receives an alarm issueing signal from the output circuit 7 and operated. |
