<p>The teeth (19) are set at mutual spacing in the transverse direction so that the thermoplastics synthetic resin loops (12) can be guided along and brought into contact with the cutter blades (29) of un ultrasonic cutting device (27) whereby only one of the two arms of each loops is separated. The other arm which remains upseparated serves as the hook on the flat fastener which then has loops and hooks.</p> |
