<p>PURPOSE:To perform effectively the control of speed-reduction side even for a wire-rod mill having a small looper by providing a loop-control device capable of changing an upstream control in a program control for a downstream control in the other one. CONSTITUTION:A reference of speed-reduction side is outputted from a program- control device 6 during the period from the time a program-control device is started till the time it is finished. Further 2A can deliver a wire rod regardlessly of the limit of a loop storing quantity and without accelerating the wire rod even under a sufficient deceleration rate, also in a loop-control device 7A, because the reference is outputted to the upstream side. In this case, the change of storing quantity of loop in a looper 3B is kept to the minimum even when the wire rod is rolled by a B-line, because the output of device 6 is given to a single line of mills at the side of B-line.</p> |
