PURPOSE:To enable perpendicular welding of each node by attaching once a bent pipe to a sliding plate for attaching the bent pipe and to improve working efficiency and quality by attaching an inclined plate mounted with said sliding part to a rotating surface plate and adjusting the angle of the inclined plate and the height of the sliding plate. CONSTITUTION:An inclined plate 6 of which the angle of inclination is made adjustable by means of a reduction gear and a screw jack 9 and a sliding plate 11 for attaching the bent pipe which is supported to the plate 6, is provided radially with plural chuck mechanisms 12 for clamping a bent pipe 15 and is made vertically slidable by means of a reduction gear 3 and a screw shaft 17 are provided. A welding device is constituted of said inclined plate and sliding plate as well as a surface plate 1 which turns integrally the plate 6 and the plate 11 by means of a reduction gear 3 and sprockets 2, 2a, 2b, etc. The pipe 15 clamped to the plate 11 is held at the perpendicular weld line and while the pipe 15 is rotated in the stage of having the center 15a of the weld line 15b coincident with the axial line of the face 1, the weld line is welded by a welding machine 16. |
