PURPOSE:To perform accurate positioning by adding a correction error storage circuit for correcting an error of a position detector to a position control servo device which has the position detector. CONSTITUTION:The correction error storage circuit 6 is added to the servo system of the position control servo device having the position detector 5, i.e. the feedback circuit of the position detector 5. This storage circuit 6 is stored previously with data for canceling the error of the position detector 5. Therefore, the error of the position detector 5 is canceled by the data from the storage circuit 6. Thus, the error of the position detector is corrected to perform accurate positioning. |
