<p>PURPOSE:To give car's type information to a car body in an easy and assured manner by punching out a card part to form bar codes into which the type information is translated and continuously connecting the card part to the car body by bridges since the card is ready to be taken off. CONSTITUTION:A card part 4 is continuously connected to the wheel house part 2 of a carbody via narrow bridges 3. A plurality of bar codes C1 and C2 are punched out in two rows on the card part 4 so as to give the car information concerning specifications, model, car body number and so forth. In the various assemby processes, the bar code information given to the card part 4 is read and mounting of parts indicated by relevant specifications, models and so on and special manufacturing may be performed according to the indications. In the final process, the card part 4 is taken off from the bridge parts 3 by a laborer or using specific means. The car type information may be given to the car body in the easy and assured manner as aforesaid.</p> |
