PURPOSE:To reduce the prescribed steps required for an insulation by forming the second insulatin layer made of thermosetting powder synthetic resin by fluid dipping painting on a coil end, and securing a coil by a brace ring which includes a feltlike material. CONSTITUTION:The second insulating layer 14 is formed in a thickness of 0.05- 5mm. of powder painting resin such as, for example, epoxy resin, polyester resin covered cover a lead portion 4 from part of coil end 2.
