PURPOSE:To attain the level detection of a burst carrier with a large burst position error by detecting an actual burst position after plural sampling data shifted timewise are acquired to select correct data. CONSTITUTION:Sample-and-hold circuits 4-4 sample an output of a delay detector 3 according to a forecast synchronizing signal for detecting plural burst carriers shifted timewise from a synchronism control circuit 8 formed by a unique word detecting signal. The output of the hold circuits 4-4 is converted in an analog-digital mode by AD converters 5-5, data latches 6-6 latch tentatively the data of the converters 5-5, and a uniue word error detecting circuit 9 compares a detection signal of a unique word detector 7 with a forecast synchronizing signal of the circuit 8 to discriminate sample data to be outputted. Then a selection circuit 12 selects one of the latches 6-6 by using a control signal of the circuit 9 and outputs the result. |
