PURPOSE:To enhance the positional accuracy of a generating coil and mounting holes and to improve the speed stability by forming a reference mark on a film for printing a pattern, positioning a reference hole formed at a substrate and the mark, printing the pattern, and then forming the mounting holes with the reference hole as a reference. CONSTITUTION:A reference mark is formed in addition to a frequency generating coil 31 and a land 36 group forming pattern on a film for printing a pattern. On the other hand, an NC tape for forming a hole 36a for the land 36 and a reference hole 38 corresponding to the mark is formed with the film as a base, and the hole 36a and the hole 38 are formed at a copper-lined laminated plate by the NC tape. Then, the reference mark of the film is positioned at the hole 38, a film is superposed on the laminated plate, and the pattern is printed in this state. Thus, the positional accuracy of the coil to the mounting hole can be enhanced, and the speed stability of a motor can be improved. |
