PURPOSE:To change the operation mode to bump-free by a method wherein a calculating circuit is provided, and a valve lift presetting value of a manual operation mode side is multiplied by the reverse matrix of a noninterference matrix with the calculating circuit, in a turbine governor provided with an automatic and a manual operation mode. CONSTITUTION:In the control device of a turbine 31, each object value is preset with a speed adjusting valve lift presetting device 1 for a manual operation mode, a rotative speed presetting device 2, the first stage extraction pressure presetting device 3, the first and second extraction pressure adjusting valve lift presetting devices 4, 41 and the like. A noninterference matrix circuit 34 and a reverse matrix calculating circuit 62 are provided for mating valve driving signals w1-w3 of an automatic operation mode side with outputs z1-z3 of a manual operation mode side. Thereby, deviation monitors 55-57 are operated for mating signals u1*-u3* passed through an amplifier 65 for outputs x1*-x3* from a circuit 62 with outputs from D/A convertors 20, 21 and 50. |
