<p>PURPOSE:To make a car structure ever so simple in view of mechanical rationalization, by forming a main frame of a car with a section square-shaped pipe running along a longitudinal center axis of the car, while using this pipe combinedly for an air intake duct being interconnected to an air cleaner. CONSTITUTION:A body frame 4 of a baggy car is made up of one rectilinear main frame 11 running along a longitudinal center axis of a car and consisting of a square-shaped pipe, and each of downpipes 12 and 12' composed of a symmetrical pair of round pipes. An engine 7 is mounted on an almost central part in a longitudinal directon of the body frame 4, and this engine 7 performs its suction operation via an air cleaner 54, connecting tube 53 and a carburetor 52 being disposed, for example, at the left side of the main frame 11 which doubles as an air intake duct and has a duct inlet 57 in the front and a duct outlet 59 in the rear, respectively, while an air intake of the air cleaner 54 is connected to this duct outlet 59.</p> |
