The present invention relates to a wall structure forming an enclosure (fencing) wall-base. In accordance with the invention, the structure is constituted by prefabricated (precast) posts 13 sealed in position with plates 10a, 10b between posts, the ends of which plates each fit into the corner of a post 13 with a mechanical means 18 for securing this end against the post. The invention enables an enclosure (fencing) wall-base of conventional appearance to be produced. <IMAGE>
