PURPOSE:To obtain a double layer molded piece precise in shape and dimension without producing sink-marks on a black that is being molded by injecting core material formed from hard resin and containing foaming agent there in. CONSTITUTION:Core material 1 formed from hard synthetic resin (for example, polyproylene etc.) and containing foaming agent and skin layer material 2 formed from soft synthetic resin (for example, PVC etc.) are injected into a mold cavity to obtain a double layer molded piece through the ordinary molding process. Additionally, the content of the foaming agent is desired to be 5wt% max. |
