<p>A food-cutting apparatus wherein a cutting blade (13) is disposed on a back surface of a cutting plate (11) so that its front tip can protrude from an opening (12) provided in the cutting plate; the cutting blade is releasably mounted on a mounting plate (98) having an engaging recess at its central portion; the mounting plate is rotatably supported via said engaging recess on a supporting rod (96) carried between a pair of arms (95) provided on the supporting plate (92) which is mounted to a rear side of the cutting plate; the width (1) of the mounting plate being less than the spacing (1) between the said pair of arms; and interposed between a rear portion of the mounting plate and the supporting plate are a spring (107) and an adjusting means (103) for adjusting the degree of protrusion of the front tip of the cutting blade.</p> |
