PURPOSE:To make treatment easy and to shorten the time for treatment with decreased man-hours for the treatment by subjecting a material to be treated to a pack treatment in a treating furnace then exposing the material, removing the pack sticking thereto by vibration and subjecting the material to Al diffusion treatment. CONSTITUTION:A partition belt 14 is inserted between upper and lower partition nets 13 of a treating vessel 12 and a material 30 to be treated is placed thereon. A pack material 31 is packed in the vessel to embed the material 30, then the vessel is closed with a cap 32. Such vessel 12 is conveyed into a heating chamber 3 kept in a non-oxidative atmosphere and is subjected to a pack treatment. A rack 18 is then moved downward and the belt 14 is taken up on a take-up drum 15. The material 31 is dropped below the lower partition net 13 to expose the material 30. A cam 22 of an oscillating device 21 is rotated to move vertically the contact plate 20 of the vessel 12, thereby oscillating the material 30 and dropping and removing the material 31 sticking and remaining thereto. The material 30 in this state is subjected to an Al diffusion treatment. |
