PURPOSE:To obtain exact water-proofing effects by a method in which connecting bolts are screwed with the first nuts provided in pipes whose one ends are buried in the wall of a basement and, closed and fixed to the walls with the second nuts, and the tips of the bolts are coupled with other structures. CONSTITUTION:In forming the wall 1 of a basement consisting of concrete blocks 3 with reinforcing bars 2, a pipe 10 having a collar 11 with an enclosed end 12 of a water-proof material, a flanged end 13, a buried nut 14, and a washer 15 is buried by contacting the flanged end 13 with the outer face 3a of the wall. A connecting bolt 16 is inserted into the pipe 10 and screwed with a nut 14, and they are clamped and fixed with a clamping nut 17 and a washer 18. The tip end 16a of the bolt 16 is coupled with reinforcing bars 6 to form a foundation 5 for other structure. |
