PURPOSE:To shorten a setup time and to save labor by allowing the 2nd holder to receive and hold a blank material held in the 1st holder while it is held. CONSTITUTION:The blank material 5 of a plastic spectacle front frame is held on a holding table 10 with a lever 6 which has a hook 6a, and work for boring lens holes is carried out in the state shown in a figure. The 1st holder 2 while holding the blank material 5 is rotated around a rotating shaft 4 by 90 deg. clockwise in the figure after the work. Then, the 2nd holder 3 is rotated counterclockwise around the rotating shaft 4 by 90 deg. from the position in the figure, lens hole circumferential surface holding members 11 are moved forth and inserted into the lens holes, and then wedge members 12 are expanded to hold the blank material 5. The blank material is released from being held by the hook 6a and then said holding members 11 are moved back and rotated clockwise by 90 deg. to be set at the positions in the figure, thereby working the outer circumference part of the blank material 5 held by the 2nd holder 3. |
