PURPOSE:To position a motor to a carriage surely and to reduce a step error by setting up a positioning jig on the position of the motor, fixing its extending shaft on the carriage, replacing the positioning jig by the motor, and finally fixing a driver tightly. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 7 is supported by the carriage 2, the positioning jig 25 is inserted from a through hole 24 of a wall part 8a of a fixed frame 8 and fixed at a contact point A and a bush 19 is engaged with the extended shaft 25a inserted into a fixing hole 11 and fixed on a receiving part 12 with adhesives. Subsequently, the jig 25 is replaced by a stepping motor 13 and the driver 10 is tightly fixed. Since a large diameter part 25d of the jig 25 and the extended shaft 25a correspond to the motor 13 and the driver 10 respectively, the axis of the driver 10 coincides with that of the motor 13 by setting up the accuracy of the jig 25 precisely, the accuracy of the fitting positions of the driver 10 and the carriage 2 is made proper and the step error can be reduced. |
