PURPOSE:To attain the reduction in the number of parts, the simplification of a process and the uniformization of quality, by concentrating all members constituting movement onto a single long material for constituting a carrier. CONSTITUTION:A finger part 103 for bonding an integrated circuit 120 and a lead piece 104 for connecting the terminal of a battery 200 are formed onto a lead board by half-etching. The side of the winding part 131 of a base material 100 is cut off and the arm of a winding machine inserted into said winding part 131 is rotated to wind a coil wire 135 around the winding part 131 of a stator 130 while the terminal thereof is connected to the integrated circuit 120 and welded to the predetermined pattern of a circuit lead board 102. Terminals connected from the processing aspect of the circuit lead board 102 are mutually cut off to form an electrically completed circuit block to complete a base board 107. Afte a strong magnetic field is applied to the movement on the completed base material 100, it is demagnetized and the completed movement is cut off from the base material 100 while a battery 200 is assembled. |
