PURPOSE:To prevent a temperature measuring error caused by a variation of an emissivity, by incorporating plural emissivity approximate functions of an object to be measured, selecting the optimum function from in its approximate functions in accordance with the measuring condition, and applying a formula of Wien or Plank. CONSTITUTION:A radiation light of an object to be measured 10 is made incident on a detecting part 40 through a condensing lens 20 and filters 311, 312 on a filter foil 30. Its outputs L1, L2 are inputted to an operating part 60. The operating part 60 contains plural emissivity approximate functions being approximate to an emissivity epsilon of the object to be measured 10. The operating part 60 selects the optimum approximate function from in plural approximate functions in accordance with the measuring condition, applies a formula of Wien or Plank and calculates a temperature. In this way, even if the emissivity of the object to be measured is varied, a measuring error is scarcely generated. |
