PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of an NC working program data by calculating the coordinate value from the data on an NC working program corresponding to a designated tool locus and displaying the coordinate values of both start and end points on a graphic display device. CONSTITUTION:The NC working program data is stored to an NC working program memory 1 and sent to a tool shift locus graphic generator 2. A tool locus is calculated and converted into a graphic pattern to be stored to a tool shift locus graphic pattern memory 3. Then the tool locus is displayed to a graphic display device 4. A position on the device 4 is detected by a light pen 5, and the tool locus corresponding to said position is selected out of the memory 3 by a locus discriminator 6. Then the NC working program corresponding to the selected locus is selected out of the memory 1 by an NC data retriever 7. Then the coordinate values of both start and end points of the selected program are calculated by a start/end point calculator 8. These obtained coordinate values are displayed on the device 4. Thus a strict check is possible for a tool shift locus. |
