<p>1. An ambulance having a pair of stretcher support stages (26, 27) placed one over the other and mounted to one side wall (1) of said ambulance, including a back guiding upright in the form of a pipe (2) near the door opening (44) of said ambulance, and a front upright support (51), or front guiding upright in the form of a pipe, respectively, being fixedly mounted to said side wall (1) of said ambulance and/or to the ambulance floor (1'), respectively, at those ends of said stretcher stages (26, 27) which are furthest from said door opening (44), with the upper stretcher state (26) at said back guiding upright (2) via an adjustable sleeve (6) being mounted vertically adjustable, and for supporting the upper support stage (26) having provided a bracket (9) fixed to said sleeve (6) of said back guiding upright (2), as well as a bracket arm (11) arranged at said front upright support (51), or front guiding upright in the form of a pipe, respectively characterized - in that said bracket (9) fixed to said sleeve (6) is a cantilever construction which therefore supports itself only upon said sleeve (6), - in that said back guiding upright (2) is movable towards the middle of said ambulance, - in that said ends of said stretcher stages (26, 27) which are furthest from said door opening, near the front upright support (51) or front guiding upright in the form of a pipe, respectively, are rotatably mounted about vertical axes (53, 54), - in that said upper support stage (26) by means of supporting crosspieces (20, 22) mounted to said bracket (9) and said bracket arm (11), is mounted rotatably about an axis which extends in cross direction with respect to said ambulance, - in that one end of said upper support stage (26) in length-direction of said support stage is movably mounted in relation to the support, and - in that said bracket (9) and said bracket arm (11) of said upper support stage (26) may be folded back against said side wall (1).</p> |
