<p>An electret microphone comprises a rectangular metal electrode (3), a metallized electret film (4) and an amplifier element (8) encapsulated in a lower and an upper casing half (1,2). A contact element (5) comprises a flat web portion and two prongs which are provided with tubes (51a, 52a) of electrically conductive silicon rubber. In the assembled microphone the electret film is retained by the tubes which simultaneously provide electrical contact between the film (4) and the amplifier element (8).</p> |
