PURPOSE:To improve the drying property of ink in an ink jet printer recording sheet for forming a PVA film on the surface of a nonabsorptive support by containing nonionic surfactant in the PVA. CONSTITUTION:Nonion surfactant of 0.1-10wt% is mixed with polyvinyl alcohol in aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol. This solution is coated, dried on the support (e.g., polyethylene terephthalate film) as an object ink jet printer recording sheet. The ion surfactant may include an oleyl ether of polyoxyethylene, stearate of polyoxyethylene, palmitate of sorbitan, polyether modified silicone oil and fluorine surfactant are exeplified. |
