PURPOSE:To obtain a build-up weld metal having high resistance to crack by setting the content of CaO, SiO2, Al2O3, MgO and metallic fluoride to a specific range without incorporating Ni therein and regulating a BL value. CONSTITUTION:A flux for build-up welding of 13 Cr steel is composed, by weight % of 5-15 CaO, 20-20 SiO2, 10-40 Al2O3, 15-35 MgO and 10-30 metallic fluoride without contg. Ni. The basicity (BL) expressed by th formula is made 1-2.5. The N () in the formula denotes the molar fraction of the moleculer within (). |
