PURPOSE:To prevent the momentary reduction of visual perceptibility by allowing an illuminating lamp to slowly dim-out continuously or in stepwise in the early period of night illumination, in a dimming-out means for the illuminating lamp in display part, in the case when a night illuminating lamp is turned ON. CONSTITUTION:An illuminating lamp 1 in display part is tuned ON by a power source 3 through the switch 2 such as ignition switch, etc. When a night illumination lamp 5 such as headlight, etc. is turned ON by switching ON an illuminating switch 6, a light dimming-out means 4 is operated, linked with the operation of the switch 6, and the illuminating lamp 1 in display part is dimmed-out in a prescribed degree. Said dimming-out means 4 slowly lowers the voltage continuously or in stepwise in a prescribed delay time, and the illuminating lamp 1 in display part is gradually dimmed-out. Therefore, the momentary reduction of the visual perceptibility which tends to be generated on dimming-out in the daytime can be avoided. |
