<p>PURPOSE:To make copying control of welding at high accuracy by extracting weaving frequency component and frequency component double the frequency from irregularly pulsating welding current (voltage) and enabling correction of positional deviation of a welding torch to a weld line. CONSTITUTION:The titled device consists of the first band pass filter 52 that extracts weaving frequency component of a welding current (voltage) signal, the first phase adjuster 53 that adjusts phases of above-mentioned component and weaving waveform, the first synchronous rectifier 54 that rectifies the output S53 synchronizing with weaving half period signal, the first integrator 55 that integrates the output S54 for one period of weaving, the second band pass filter 52' that extracts frequency component double the above-mentioned component, the second phase adjuster 53' and the second integrator 55'. By this device, output S'55 of the integrator 55' at the end of one period of weaving is subtracted from output of the integrator 55, and positional deviation is corrected.</p> |
