PURPOSE:The titled composition that is obtained by adding an extract from a specific plant with aqueous alcohol, thus relieving or inhibiting the irritation of surfactant on skins. CONSTITUTION:Powders or residues after essential oil collection of plants selected from OHBAKO (Plantago asicatica L.), KYONIN (Armeniacae Semen) and TONIN (Persicae Semen) are used as raw materials to effect extraction with 10-80vol%, preferably 30-70vol% of aqueous alcohol to collect the extract or its concentrate. The resultant extract is added to a composition for skin treatment at a weight ratio of 100/1-100/60, the surfactants/the extract. The above plant extract is added together with anionic surfactant with high cleaning action and cationic surfactants with high microbicidal action, preferably. |
