PURPOSE:To improve the work efficiency and same the labor by mounting a chock for a rolling machine on a receiving bed with a roll-like work fitted to it and matte-machining while supporting and rotating the work with the chock. CONSTITUTION:A chock 7 for cold rolling is fitted to a roll 1, and the chock 7 is mounted on a receiving bed 2 as the bearing of the receiving bed 2. Next, the roll 1 is rotated, an electrode 5 fitted to a head column 6 is faced to the roll 1 and is servo-driven, and it is discharge-machined while being shifted in the arrow direction. According to this constitution, the work efficiency of discharge machining can be improved and the labor can be saved. |
