PURPOSE:To wrap and collect fine dust produced by the operation of a grinding wheel with foaming agent injected from an opening by constituting an injection port to open biased to the downstream side of rotational direction in the operative spots of the grinding wheel of a disk grinder. CONSTITUTION:A disk grinder 1 used for trimming burrs of castings or the like has an unit 8 for injecting solution including foaming agent, and the unit body 8a (for example a cylinder filled with solution including foaming agent and subjected to the action of gas pressure) is fixedly to secured to said grinder 1, and further the injection ports 8b, 8b are in parallel arranged on a cover 7 at the operative surface side of a ginding wheel 5. Further, the injection ports 8b, 8b are provided eccentrically and biased (deviated) from the center line CL downward of the rotational direction of the grinding wheel 5. Thus, when casting fins are cut by the grinding wheel 5, at least micron unit of spattered dust can be wrapped by the foaming agent, prevented from spattering and collected. |
