PURPOSE:To obtain simple manufacture of device and to eliminate stagnation of liquid by taking cleaning liquid in from an upper portion of a sealed space formed between a main seal valve and a subsidiary seal valve and by taking the liquid out downward. CONSTITUTION:A subsidiary seal valve 8 and a main seal valve 6 form a doughnut shape sealed space 9 between the valves at the time of valve seating. A liquid sprinkling port 13 discharging the cleaning liquid to the external periphery of the sealed space 9 is drilled on the center of the lower face of the main seal valve 6, and a liquid collecting port 14 collecting the cleaning liquid is drilled on the center of the upper face of the subsidiary seal valve 8 respectively. The cleanng liquid supplied from a liquid receiving port 16 is discharged into the sealed space 9 through an introduction hole 17 and the liquid sprinkling port 13 and collected in the liquid collecting port 14 later, and wasted through a discharge port 19 and a drop port 20. |
