发明名称 STEPPING-FORCE REDUCTION STRUCTURE FOR CLUTCH PEDAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce stepping force by simple constitution by engaging a clutch wire with the upper edge of a clutch pedal whose intermediate part is pivotally supported onto a chassis and allowing the clutch wire to come close to the pivotal supporting point for the pedal as the pedal is stepped-in. CONSTITUTION:A clutch pedal 12 is pivotally supported onto a chassis through the intermediate part 12a, and a wire 19a is engaged onto the upper edge 12b. In no-operation, the ratio of l1/l2 between the length l1 from the pivotal supporting point 0 for the pedal 12 to a stepping-force input P and the length l2 from said pivotal supporting point 0 to the foot of the perpendicular to the wier 19 increases rectilinearly to a full stroke shown by an imaginary line as the wire 19 gradually contacts with an arcuate surface 13 together with the pedal 12 stepped-in. Therefore, the range of the stepping force at the pedal stroke where the clutch is cut-off with the max. stepping force can be reduced by a large margin.
