发明名称 ROUGH WORK CONTROL SYSTEM
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency by positioning a tool in XY directions in accordance to NC command data for rough work then biting in Z direction to bore a work and repeating said cycle. CONSTITUTION:Under rough working, the processor 11a will read out the rough work command data stored in a memory 11e to provide a speed data to the speed control section 11f thus to control driving of Z-Y axis motors 8a, 9, 10 and to bore the work 1 on the table 1' by means of a tool 5. Upon finish of boring at one positioning point, the processor 11a will read out NC command data for next point from the memory 11e to perform boring similarly at next positioning point. In such a manner, NC command data for rough work is edited from NC command data for finish obtained through measuring data from a profile system TDM to perform NC control of machine tool SCM on the basis of said data thus to perform roughing work through boring efficiently in short time.
