When Ne>Na, the rate of reduction is read out from the difference between basic fuel injection amounts of this time and the previous time, and with this rate, the value of increase in injection amount for warming-up in the speed reduction condition is obtained based on a predetermined operation formula. Then according to the value, a fuel injection valve 20 is controlled.
