PURPOSE:To eliminate undesired signal components radiated from an oscillating circuit by providing a capacitor, which extends the rise time and the fall time of a pulse, in the oscillating circuit including a saw tooth wave generating circuit and a means which leads out a square wave from a saw tooth wave. CONSTITUTION:An oscillating circuit device which leads out a square wave having a prescribed pulse ratio is constituted with a CR time constant circuit consisting of a resistance 3 and a capacitor 4, the saw tooth wave generating circuit including a switching means consisting of transistors TRs 5, 6, 12, 13, and 14, and a waveform converting means which converts the saw tooth wave generated from this generating circuit and consists of TRs 16, 17, 20, 21, and 25 with respect to a horizontal oscillating circuit of a TV receiver. Since capacitors 120, 130, and 140 are provided between bases and collectors of TRs 12, 13, and 14 of this oscillating circuit, the rise time and the fall time of the pulse are extended to make the waveform of pulses soft. Thus, undesired signal components radiated from the saw tooth wave generating circuit are eliminated to make the video of the TV receiver high-quality. |
