PURPOSE:To enable to raise or fall the voltage by charging gas or vapor sealed in a tube by electrodes, and varying a distance to an earth electrode. CONSTITUTION:Gas or vapor is sealed in a tube 1 which forms a closed circuit and is made of an insulator, and a structure for circulating the gas or vapor by the force of a pump 3 is formed. The molecules or particles of the gas or vapor 2 are charged by a DC voltage applied between a dispersed electrode 6 and an earth electrode 5 by a DC high voltage power source 8. On the other hand, when gas or vapor charged by the pump 3 is moved in a direction of an arrow on the contrary to the force attracted to the earth electrode side by the electrostatic force, the voltage to the earth electrode of the molecules of the charged gas or vapor rises. In case of the voltage drop, when it is moved in the same direction as the electrostatic force by reversely rotating the pump 3, the voltage falls due to the shortage of the distance to the earth electrode. |
